Ingredients for making Entrevero pine nuts:

500 grams of cooked pine nuts

 300 grams of cooked cassava

 300 grams of chicken fillet

300 grams of pork loin or fillet

 300 grams of beef rump

 200 grams of chicken heart

 100 grams of bacon

 100 grams of pepperoni sausage

 2 units of tomato

 2 onion units

 1 unit of green pepper

 1 unit of yellow pepper

 1 unit of red pepper

1 bunch of parsley and chives

 Black pepper

 salt

How to make Entrevero de Pinion:

To prepare the pine nuts entrevero, start by cutting the meat and vegetables into small cubes, and the sausage into slices. This way the preparation will be faster.

Place the bacon frying in a very large skillet, preferably a wok pan, paellera or plow disk. No need to add fat, the bacon will fry in its own fat.

When the bacon is fried, it's time for the rest of the pine nuts entrevero: fry one by one, seasoned with salt and pepper, moving to the edges or removing to cook the next. The frying order should be as follows: chicken, pork, sausage, beef and heart.

Once all the meat is cooked, add the pine nuts and vegetables. Adjust the salt and pepper and cook until the vegetables are golden brown.

Sprinkle chopped parsley and chives over the pine nuts entrevero and then serve with, for example, rice and a simple green salad. Enjoy your food!
