Banana Gnocchi Recipe

Ingredients for making banana gnocchi:

 3 units of midland banana

 ½ cup of wheat flour (70 grams)

 ¼ cup of grated parmesan cheese

 1 unit of egg yolk

 Black pepper

 salt

How to make banana gnocchi:

To prepare this Brazilian gnocchi with banana, the first step is to cut the length of the banana skin, place it on a baking sheet, cover it with aluminum foil and place it in a medium oven to bake.

When they are roasted, remove the bananas from the earth from the oven, peel and mash with a fork. As you can see comparing with the original gnocchi recipe, in this case bananas replace potatoes.

The next step of this step-by-step banana gnocchi is to add the egg yolk and Parmesan cheese to the banana puree, season with pepper and salt to taste, and mix everything together.

Add the flour little by little, until you get a consistent mixture (it may not be necessary to use all of it, or you may need to use more), and shape two gnocchi rolls. Cut into pieces about 2 cm and cook in a pan of boiling water.
