How to make beef jerky:

To prepare beef jerky, the first step is to cut the meat into medium pieces (if it is whole) and wash it under running water.

To desalt the jerky meat, place the meat in a bowl and add water until covered. Set aside in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours and at the end of that time, change the water. Repeat 3 more times to ensure that the meat desalts well.

After this step, it's time to cook beef jerky! Place it in the pressure cooker, cover with clean water and cook for 30 minutes.

Once the meat is cooked, remove the excess fat and shred it by hand or in a blender (for this it should be cut into smaller pieces).
