Learn with Specialfood how to prepare entrevero gaúcho, check out the step by step below!

Ingredients for making Entrevero Gaucho:

 400 grams of chicken fillet

400 grams of pork fillet or loin

400 grams of bovine rump or inner cushion

400 grams of sausage and pepperoni sausage, or just one

 200 grams of chicken heart

 100 grams of bacon

 2 onion units

 2 garlic cloves

 3 units of tomato

 1 unit of red pepper

 1 unit of green pepper

 1 unit of yellow pepper

1 packet of green scent (parsley, chives and oregano)

 Black pepper

 salt

How to make Entrevero Gaucho:

To prepare the entrevero gaucho, start by cutting all the meat and vegetables into small cubes, and the sausages into slices.

In a large skillet or, if you prefer, in a wok, paellera or plow pan, place the bacon and fry it to release the fat.

Then you must fry the meats from the Gaucho entrevero in that order: chicken, pork or loin, sausage, rump or cox and heart, seasoned with salt and pepper, moving the previous meat to the edges in order to cook the next one.

When all the meats are cooked, it's time to add the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper, mix everything and cook until lightly browned.

Finish the entrevero gaucho with a chopped green smell and serve immediately, accompanied by bread, mashed potatoes or rice. Enjoy your food!
